HOW DOES THE TRAINING WORK?
The aim of this program is to get leaner, stronger, and more mobile for soccer. Each session begins with injury prevention work (which some might consider a workout in itself!) to give you the best chance of staying injury free and having an extended career.
The bodyweight workouts are a mixture of circuits, HIIT, and work capacity work. Each session will challenge you and you will continuously make progress throughout the course of the 6 weeks.
Each week, you will also complete 3 soccer specific endurance sessions. Whether you are looking to improve your times for an upcoming fitness test or if you simply want to give your fitness for games an extra boost, these sessions are guaranteed to help.
Overall, the success of the program is down to you. You will have the blueprint to succeed, but all that work is wasted if you are unfocused during workouts or eat badly throughout the 6 weeks.
As with anything in life, it is up to you to put the work in!
