As a full-time private soccer coach, each week I am asked:

"What can I do at home or by myself to improve?"

"Can you give my child homework?"

I can explain to them what to do at the end of the session, but what I have found is that very few actually do it. Either they forget what they've done with me that week, or they just don't get around to doing it due to lack of accountability.

When I speak to players about why they don't train by themselves, they say things such as:

"I don't know what I need to work on"

"I don't know how to train individually"

"I don't know how to create a training plan"

Elite 360 Program

  • Monthly subscription group program.

  • For players aged 12+ (intermediate/advanced).

  • 3 individual training sessions each week.

  • New program each month.

  • Speed and agility, ball mastery, passing, and shooting.

  • Minimal equipment required.

  • Can be done at home or field.

  • Ability to send training clips for review.

  • Access to program via app with video demonstrations, reps, sets.

  • Ask questions to Coach Aidan via app.

  • Frequent contact from Coach Aidan via group with tips and guidance on how to improve your overall game.

  • Cancel anytime.

  • $35 per month.

  • The complete package when it comes to training.

  • For players aged 12+ (intermediate/advanced).

  • Technical, tactical, physical, psychological.

  • Unlimited amount of sessions each week.

  • Each session is completely customized.

  • Personalized calendar outlining training via app.

  • Monthly programming with adjustments along the way.

  • Custom injury prevention program if needed.

  • Weekly check-ins with Coach Aidan.

  • Monthly Zoom calls with Coach Aidan to update/create goals and review previous month and plan for the next.

  • Lifestyle analysis to give you the best chance of success on the field.

  • One game analyzed per month.

  • Ability to send training clips for review.

  • Assistance with career planning.

  • 24/7 access to Coach Aidan via phone/email.

  • 3 month minimum commitment.

  • $199 per month.
